Just a reminder that all exemption renewals including Senior, Nonprofit, Agricultural, and Disability must be turned in by March 1, 2026 to the Assessor’s Office.
To qualify for a Senior Exemption, you must be a resident property owner who is 65 or older with 2024 household income of $34,500 or less.
